Vertical Integration

We extrude our own monofilaments to ensure quality from the start. Fabrics are weaved from 2 to 4.5 meters width with different characteristics to fill your specific needs. Afterwards, materials are extruded or knife coated onto the fabrics with automatic controls in tensioning, temperature and speed. Finally, different profiles such as matt, glossy, or rough top are applied as well as cleats and side-walls onto different length and width to be used at various application. After that, everything is packaged and sent out ready to be used.

Step 02

Fabrics are weaved from 2 to 4.5 meters width with different characteristics.
